Cancellations, Refunds and Returns Policy

Cancellations

An order once placed can only be cancelled unless shipped. No cancellation would be allowed once an order has been shipped.

Refunds

An order once cancelled would be refunded within 7 working days after deducting the payment gateway charges. In an event of product not available in stock, the total amount paid would be refunded without deducting the payment gateway charges. All refunds would be made to the original mode of payment only,

Returns

No returns for any products once purchased are allowed, unless specified clearly on the product page and would be applicable only in the case of operational defects and damage products received. Digital goods have no returns.
